WebBrain Launches Version 15, Advancing Open-Source Browser AI
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
WebBrain has shipped version 15, marking a major milestone in open-source browser AI. The latest release introduces powerful new capabilities that make browser automation smarter, more reliable, and more accessible to developers and users alike.
What's New in Version 15
Chrome /record Slash Command — Users can now start current-tab recording directly from the side panel with video and microphone capture, making it easier than ever to document workflows and create tutorials.
Smarter Firefox Indexing — Firefox indexed click and typing actions now resolve against the same full interactive-element ordering shown to the agent, keeping click-by-index and type-by-index stable across shadow DOM controls, modal dialogs, and disabled inputs.
Extended Scheduling Window — The schedule_resume minimum delay has been lowered from 60 seconds to 30 seconds, and the maximum scheduling window has expanded from 1 day to 7 days, giving users more flexibility for automated tasks.
Looking Ahead
These improvements build on WebBrain's mission to provide transparent, user-controlled browser AI. The team continues to refine cross-browser compatibility, security, and developer experience with each release.
