Vexilo Launches RiskPulse, Real-Time Supply Chain Risk Early Warning Module
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASEVexilo today announced RiskPulse, a real-time early warning module for its AI-powered supply chain risk monitoring platform. The new module shifts supply chain risk management from reactive response to proactive intervention, giving mid-to-large manufacturers a 7–14 day advantage before geopolitical, natural disaster, financial, or compliance events impact their operations.
RiskPulse aggregates and correlates multi-source data — news, financial filings, geographic events, and regulatory updates — to surface emerging threats while there is still time to act. The module integrates directly with existing ERP systems, allowing supply chain managers and risk teams to map exposure across supplier nodes and trigger mitigation workflows without leaving their daily tools.
A key differentiator is RiskPulse’s built-in readiness framework for the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD). By scanning for compliance gaps and alerting teams to supplier-side regulatory risks, the module helps organizations prepare for mandatory human rights and environmental due diligence obligations well before enforcement deadlines.
A private beta program will launch in eight weeks with 10 seed customers; three manufacturers have already confirmed participation. During the beta period, RiskPulse will be free for participants. At general availability, pricing will follow a per-supplier-node model.
“RiskPulse represents a generational step forward in supply chain risk visibility,” said Vexilo’s leadership. “We’re no longer telling people what already went wrong — we’re giving them days to re-route, re-source, and protect their operations before disruption strikes.”
